FAQ spotlight on the PitchBlaze studio pitch floor
Pitch floor · questions welcome before you brief
  • No. We are a B2B marketing agency that plans campaign pitches and go-to-market activations with AI-assisted workflows under human strategy and review. “Pitch” means campaign and brief work — the creative pitch that becomes a launch — not a pitch-deck SaaS, baseball, musical pitch or sales-spam software. “Blaze” means controlled high-intensity pitch craft on our studio floor: briefs taken live with human approval and disciplined stage heat — not literal fire, not pyrotechnics, not cannabis or crypto branding, not wildfire hype.

We do NOT sell followers, bots or fake engagement. We do NOT sell income courses or push-notification SaaS. The .pro domain is branding only. We do NOT guarantee ROI, sales figures, follower counts or viral reach — outcomes depend on market, budget, creative and platforms. If you searched for fire safety, pyrotechnics, bot shops or get-rich courses, this is the wrong company — we are an agency on Kerbau Road, Little India, Singapore (UEN 202417365K).

  • Project-based pitch sprints for launches and go-to-market pushes; fixed-scope discovery and briefing projects; and always-on campaign retainers for scale-ups needing ongoing campaign planning, creative pitching and performance review. We scope in SGD with clear deliverables — agency services, not software licences. A pitch review call is the usual starting point: bring your brief, deck or stalled campaign and we will tell you what we see.

  • Discovery and briefing projects often run S$6,500–S$18,000. Creative pitch engagements S$12,000–S$28,000. Paid activation management from S$5,500/month plus media spend. Retainers from S$9,500/month depending on channels. We provide estimates after a pitch review call — no hidden performance promises. Media fees are typically separate from agency fees and managed transparently.

  • Audience research sprints: three to four weeks. Creative pitch projects: four to eight weeks depending on stakeholder rounds. Activation can follow immediately after approval. Rush timelines are possible but we will flag when testing is being skipped — and why that risks week-two fatigue. Retainer engagements run on monthly cycles with defined reporting cadence.

  • We work across major paid and organic channels relevant to B2B marketing in Singapore — search, social, email and landing experiences. Tooling includes mainstream ad platforms, analytics suites and AI marketing tools (generative AI, AI analytics) chosen per brief. We do not claim official Meta or Google partner status unless formally authorised. Platform policy changes and account suspensions beyond our reasonable control are third-party risks we explain upfront.

  • Brief materials, audience data and campaign assets are handled under PDPA-aware practices. Access is limited to the agency team on the engagement. AI tools are used with client awareness; sensitive data is not uploaded to public models without consent. Reports and creative remain confidential unless agreed otherwise. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

  • Generative AI and marketing automation draft under human strategy — strategists approve messaging, creative direction signs off visual work, and performance leads gate go-live. We document where AI assisted production. No autonomous publishing. Responsible AI in marketing means transparency and review, not autopilot. Clients may ask for a written summary of AI tool usage in their engagement.

  • We do not sell followers or bot engagement; do not promise specific ROI, viral reach or follower growth; do not sell push-notification software; do not offer income courses; are not a fire-safety or pyrotechnics company; do not fabricate partner badges; and do not present illustrative metrics as promises. We are a campaign pitch studio, not a product company.

  • Upon full payment, agreed deliverables transfer to the client per contract. We retain the right to show anonymised work on our pitch board unless restricted in writing. Raw working files and AI prompt logs stay internal unless requested. Specific IP terms are set out in proposals and our Terms of Service.
