A campaign pitch studio on Kerbau Road

PitchBlaze Pte. Ltd. is a B2B marketing agency based in the Little India / Kerbau Road heritage-shophouse corridor — a ground-adjacent studio at #02-03 that reflects how we work: close to the brief, not distant on a high floor.

What we are — and what we are not

Pitch means campaign and go-to-market brief work — the creative pitch that becomes a launch — not a pitch-deck SaaS, not baseball, not cold-call spam software. Blaze means controlled high-intensity pitch craft: briefs taken live with human approval, disciplined stage heat on the pitch floor — not literal fire, not pyrotechnics, not cannabis branding, not crypto hype. We are a marketing agency, not a software vendor, not a follower-selling shop, not an AI-income course, and not a push-notification product company.

We partner with founders, brand managers, in-house marketing leads, SMEs and scale-ups across the Singapore market who need honest campaign planning — someone who will say when a channel is wrong, when a message will fatigue, and when AI-generated copy needs a rewrite before go-live. Our work spans campaign strategy, creative pitching, paid and organic activation, audience research, content direction and performance marketing — always with generative AI and marketing automation in the workflow under human strategy and review.

Our studio on Kerbau Road

Little India is not a backdrop — it is where we sit. Kerbau Road’s shophouse corridor keeps us accessible to clients who want to take a brief live in person, review a pitch board on the wall, and walk out with a go-to-market plan that survived questions in the room. The studio is a professional services address (UEN 202417365K), registered with ACRA in Singapore, operating Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 SGT. Visits are by appointment so the team on your brief is the team in the room.

Responsible AI in our practice

Our team uses AI marketing tools — generative AI for copy variants, AI audience insights for research, AI analytics for reporting, ChatGPT and Copilot for drafting support — inside a human-in-the-loop policy. AI-assisted campaigns accelerate production; they do not replace legal review, brand judgment or platform compliance checks. We are PDPA-aware in how we handle client data and brief materials. Predictive marketing signals inform questions; strategists own decisions. We document where AI assisted production and never auto-publish to client channels without approval.

That policy matters because clients arrive with pressure to “move faster with AI” and little clarity on what that means for brand risk. We explain trade-offs in plain language — when a tool saves time, when it introduces error, and when a channel should pause until a human has read the copy.

Team approach

We operate as a compact agency team: strategists, creative direction and performance leads who sit in the same room for pitch reviews. We do not invent named experts with fake awards — you meet the people who hold the brief. Campaign testing, content direction and paid media oversight stay connected so the pitch that wins the room is the same logic that ships in market. Retainer clients get continuity; project clients get a defined team for the engagement duration.

Values on the pitch floor

  • Honest metrics — we do not promise specific ROI, viral reach or follower growth
  • Lawful, platform-compliant promotions — no bots or fake engagement
  • Human approval before every go-live push
  • Clear scope and SGD pricing — agency services, not SaaS licences
  • Illustrative case stories — never fabricated client logos on the pitch board
  • PDPA-aware handling of enquiry and client data

We opened PitchBlaze to serve a specific gap in the Singapore agency landscape: teams that can pitch beautifully in week one and stall when activation demands discipline. If that sounds familiar, book a pitch review or see the pitch board for illustrative engagements.
